Doobite Return & Refund Policy
We bake in small weekly batches so every Doobite arrives fresh. Because our treats are perishable, we can’t accept returns—but we’ll always make it right if something goes wrong.
What’s covered
We’ll replace, credit, or refund (at our discretion) if:
• Your order arrives damaged, melted beyond enjoyment, or incorrect
• An item is missing from the box
• We’re unable to fulfill your order for any reason

Cancellations & changes

You can cancel or edit your order before our weekly bake begins (Wednesdays 11:59 PM ET).

After that time, ingredients are allocated and the batch is in motion—we can’t cancel or change the order.
Shipping, heat & delivery notes

Our treats are fresh. Please refrigerate upon arrival and enjoy promptly.

During warmer months, choose an address where someone can receive the box on the first attempt.

We pack with care, but carrier delays or boxes left in heat can affect quality. We’ll assist with carrier claims, yet delays outside our control aren’t refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship once the additional postage is covered.
Local delivery (Central Florida)
For local delivery within our current service area, we’ll schedule your drop with the Weekly Drop timeline. If we miss you at the address provided, we’ll attempt to reconnect; re-delivery fees may apply.
Resolution options
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer one of the following:

Replacement (sent with the next Weekly Drop)

Store credit for a future order

Refund to the original payment method
Bulk & custom orders
Large or custom orders may have additional terms. We’ll confirm those in writing when you book.
