Sharon & Diego — our story
Doobite began in Central Florida when Sharon (hands in the dough) and Diego (ops, taster-in-chief) started tinkering with a layered treat they both couldn’t stop craving. Weekends turned into small-batch trials—dialing in tender shells, silky centers, and that soft-meets-rich bite we’re now known for.
Friends became taste-testers, a motto stuck—Not Made to Share—and Doobite took shape: bake to order, keep it fresh, keep it fun. Today we run a Weekly Drop so we craft just what’s needed and your box arrives weekend-ready.

Why we bake the way we bake
We keep batches tight, timing even tighter. That’s how the layers set just right and the center stays lush. Baking to order lets us ship the moment your box is ready—so you meet your Doobite at its peak.
Releasing a spotlight flavor each Monday gives everyone time to claim their box while helping us avoid waste. Less sitting around, more fresh-from-the-kitchen energy.
How the Weekly Drop works
Mon–Wed — Orders open
Pick your box and flavor lineup. We announce a spotlight flavor on Mondays.
Thu–Fri — We bake & pack
Small batch, by hand. Your box is crafted fresh and prepped for its weekend trip.
Sat–Sun — We ship
You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way. Plan that Saturday ritual.
